Mr. Bagnall of the law defence film of Bagnall and Dunbar has retired leaving Bruce Dunbar to run the firm alone. Newly qualified Theodore Gulliver is hired as his replacement and without any experience thrown in at the deep end.

Dunbar explains T.I.C.'s (taken into consideration) as a way of wiping the slate clean of crimes. Unfortunately Gulliver falls foul of the T.I.C.'s given by Ishanti Winstanley as they have been already claimed by Stanton Police.
