My Second Restaurant in India

In the first season of My Restaurant in India, we followed Sarah Todd (International model and MasterChef contestant) as she left home to follow her dreams of building her first restaurant on a beautiful seaside cliff in Goa. In the two years since the opening night of Antares, Sarah has made her 400 seat beach club and restaurant a huge success. So successful in fact, it's time to open another one. My Second Restaurant In India puts Sarah right in the heart of the action as she takes on the challenges of doing business in one of the busiest cities in the world, Mumbai. Sarah has designed a new vision for her second restaurant with a trendy wine bar serving modern and exciting food with a heavy Indian influence. As Sarah searches for inspiration for her new restaurant and menu, her adventures take her deep into the streets and markets of this vast city as she seeks out exciting food and fresh produce. For this menu Sarah will be using more spices and bolder flavours in order to cater to the Indian palette. It's a new style of cooking for Sarah and she'll need to learn fast. With only a short time to fit out the restaurant, develop her new menu and train new staff, Sarah once again finds herself straining under the weight of expectation. In an industry where only one out of three new restaurants survive, can a newcomer like Sarah really succeed in the ultra competitive Mumbai restaurant scene?
