Lilo and Stitch continue their adventures with their ohana (family). Their mission is to find experiments created by Jumba and rehabilitate them. But Lilo and Stitch also have to protect the experiments from Gantu, who plans on delivering the experiments to his cranky boss, Dr. J.V. Hamsterviel, who is currently in space prison for his crimes.

Lilo is determined to compete against Mertle and her family at a trivia competition. On the day before the competition, Stitch has turned stupid by Spike. Lilo has Jumba and Pleakley to help compete against Mertle. However, Lilo notices that Teresa has been giving Mertle the answers in order to win. Lilo has Spike turn Teresa stupid and Mertle ends up losing the contest after answering silly phrases. Lilo wins the contest, but she has donated the computer to the local community center. At the Pelekai house, Spike acts as a hugging therapist for Pleakley's experiment rehabilitation program.

To a kid, every weekend is precious, so each time the final bell rings Friday afternoon, Tino, Tish, Carver, and Lor try to make the most out of the short freedom they have. Tino Tonitini, the show's narrator, is an average sarcastic kid with a good heart and isn't afraid to tell his Mom about his life (actually she usually tricks him into telling her). Tish Katsufrakus comes from an old world family and loves art, music, and all the things her friends find dull. Carver is the athletic one with a shoe fetish. Finally, Lor McQuarrie is the tom-boy. Together, they play pool, eat pizza, and be kids in every sense of the word.
