In the fourth season of this sitcom, Mike (Tim Allen) wants to expand the Outdoor Man name to include a wild-game restaurant, and he asks Kristin (Amanda Fuller) to manage the new eatery. But Mike doesn't stop at employing family members—he hires his neighbor Chuck (Jonathan Adams) to do some security work for Outdoor Man. Vanessa (Nancy Travis) also takes on a new job when she decides to leave the energy company for which she works and become a high-school science teacher. And high-school student Eve (Kaitlyn Dever) breaks new ground when she becomes the first female kicker on her school's football team. Patricia Richardson, who played Allen's wife on "Home Improvement," guest stars as his power-tool-loving neighbor.
