Celentano need a saw for something special (found this in the next episode) from Firicel. Celentano arrives at the Firicel's House, take the saw and teaches Firicel's Son about the dancing. Meanwhile, it's Rata's birthday, Vasile must to pamper Prefectu's Daughter and Robi must to give fine to residents - the first who get a fine is Dorel.

Robi get fine to Celentano, Firicel, Ardiles, Branzoi and Rata and Vasile and Prefectu's Daughter arrives at the Bobita's Pub and meet Bobita and Giani. Meanwhile, Celentano go to his home and after he get a fine from Robi, he found out that Celentano's Mother-in-law destroyed Celentano's plan - Celentano re-created the plan. The plan is: make a present for Rata's birthday. Celentano is the only person who cares about the Rata's birthday. However, Rata must to driving Vasile, Giani, Bobita and Prefectu's Daughter to Constanta.

Celentano and Firicel make inventions who Rata voting the better invention. Meanwhile, Vasile meet the Inventator - who meet Robi (who help Gianina), Gianina (who destroyed a business with the Inventator) and Ardiles (who is a spy for Vasile and tries to stoles things from the business with the Inventator). However, after these events, Firicel stoles Celentano's invention: Tuica la Plic and Vasile and the Inventator admires Firicel and "his" invention. Meanwhile, Branzoi's Wife fights with Firicel's Wife because the two haggle about Firicel and Branzoi. Branzoi's Wife found out that Branzoi failed the business with Dalida - Branzoi's Wife it's angry because she believed that Branzoi do a mistress in the time who Branzoi's Wife are in Bucharest. At the end, Dorel put in underground richest things and a letter for "his kids".
