Judge Juliet Ashworth will also give a score out of 10 based solely on the house. Adam and Kathy then score the other couples overall out of 10 on their stay as house guests.

At the end of their stay, the other couples rate the place out of 10 based on the house, its location and nearby attractions, value for money and the quality of a good night's sleep. Judge Juliet Ashworth will also give a score out of 10 based solely on the house. Lynne and Simon then score the other couples overall out of 10 on their stay as house guests.

Round 2: Mikey & Shay

At the end of their stay, the other couples rate the place out of 10 based on the house, its location and nearby attractions, value for money and the quality of a good night's sleep. Judge Juliet Ashworth will also give a score out of 10 based solely on the house. Mikey and Shay then score the other couples overall out of 10 on their stay as house guests, after which all of the scores are added up and the couple with the highest total are the last to go through to the Grand Final.

Grand Final Part 1: Babe & Bondi

Mother and daughter Babe and Bondi host their grand final rivals Terry and Anita and two eliminated couples from both of the previous rounds at their chic beachside apartment, where they have made improvements based on the feedback received from the first couples to stay there, for 24 hours. At the end of their stay, the other couples have to decide as a group how much to rate the place out of 10 in each of four criteria, value for money, location, the house and the quality of a good night's sleep. Judge Juliet Ashworth also gives four scores out of 10 on similar criteria, except that the night's sleep is replaced by how well the couple have changed their home.

Episode 12

Grand Final Part 2: Terry & Anita

Blended family Terry and Anita host their grand final rivals Babe and Bondi and two eliminated couples from both of the previous rounds at their sleek Queenslander, where they have made improvements based on the feedback received from the first couples to stay there, for 24 hours. At the end of their stay, the other couples have to decide as a group how much to rate the place out of 10 in each of four criteria, value for money, location, the house and the quality of a good night's sleep. Judge Juliet Ashworth also gives four scores out of 10 on similar criteria, except that the night's sleep is replaced by how well the couple have changed their home, after which the scores are added up and the couple with the higher score are announced as the winners and receive an all expenses paid stay at a famous instant hotel in California.
