When mystery lady Kat Mandu steps in, Fonzie just might be able to do that.

The kids decide to pay for a new wedding ceremony for their parents. Contacting wedding planners (played by classic comedy duo Bob & Ray) who don't seem to have a grip on things, including reality. The ceremony nearly ends in disaster because a clown was hired to entertain and Bob & Ray, confusingly, conduct the ceremony.
