Meanwhile, Alex (Justin Chambers) and Webber (James Pickens Jr.) get a new job at Pac-North after being fired by Bailey (Chandra Wilson), Jackson (Jesse Williams) and Maggie (Kelly McCreary) break up, Owen (Kevin McKidd) and Teddy (Kim Raver) deal with the struggles of taking care of a newborn, Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) finds out she's pregnant, and Jo (Camilla Luddington) starts her stay at a psychiatric facility.
