With Alex (Justin Chambers) facing felony charges and a lengthy prison sentence after his attack on DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti), it's uncertainty for all in Season 13 of "Grey's Anatomy." The arrival of Dr. Minnick (Marika Dominczyk), the new head of the teaching program, causes a revolt among the attending physicians, leading Dr. Bailey (Chandra Wilson) to suspend Meredith (Ellen Pompeo). April (Sarah Drew) uses the upheaval to her advantage and bonds with Catherine Avery (Debbie Allen), her former mother-in-law, but in doing so risks her already fragile relationship with Jackson (Jesse Williams). Elsewhere, newlyweds Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) and Owen (Kevin McKidd) find their relationship derailing after a pregnancy scare and Maggie (Kelly McCreary) juggles being a doctor who wants to fix everything with a personal case that can't be fixed.
