Season 2 of this comedy series opens with the crew feeling victorious after breaking a big story, which resulted in the exit of their old boss. Now, a new boss has arrived, Diana St. Tropez (Tina Fey), who takes over the show and has big plans to change things up. As a result of her arrival: Katie (Briga Heelan) ponders what is the next step of her career; Carol (Andrea Martin) is vying for a promotion; and Chuck (John Michael Higgins) tries to adapt to the show's new format. Meanwhile, it's not just the crew's work life that is about to change when Katie starts a new relationship, while still having feelings for Greg (Adam Campbell), and Chuck tries to reconcile with his estranged son.
