PJ and Gabe find a letter containing buried treasure, they dig up Mrs. Dabney's backyard so they can find the treasure, but they soon realize they were tricked into digging a hole so that Mrs. Dabney can have a hot tub. PJ and Gabe soon get back at Mrs. Dabney by putting green food coloring in her hot tub, part of her body becomes green.

Elsewhere, Teddy and Victor compete in a Student U.N. competition against Victoria, but at the same time, Teddy must look after Toby during the competition. Teddy and Victor win the U.N. competition after they sing to Toby.

Meanwhile, Gabe is tricked by Mrs. Dabney to attend a charity event.
