Shelly Williams (series star EVE), the owner of fashion company DivaStyle, is an intelligent woman attempting to balance the exhilarating worlds of love, sex and career. Her two best friends--Rita (series star ALI LANDRY), a gorgeous, single former model, and Janie (series star NATALIE DESSELLE-REID), an attractive woman who is very happy to be married and out of the dating scene--offer conflicting advice as Shelly tries to find her way on the rocky road to love. Her friend, J.T. (series star JASON GEORGE), is a handsome, regular guy who is attracted to Shelly's independence but pressured by his mom to date potential wives/mothers. His best pal, Nick (series star BRIAN HOOKS), is looking for the one perfect woman who can meet his very exacting standards. And Donovan (series star SEAN MAGUIRE), the handsome, fashionable manager of Z Lounge, one of Miami's hottest clubs, is friends with everyone and inevitably gets stuck in the middle when problems arise.

Meanwhile, South Beach's socialites, including Janis (YOANNA HOUSE - winner of "America's Next Top Model" contest) and Helen (CATIE ANDERSON - contestant on "America's Next Top Model"), are gossiping about Shelly's breakup, and Nick jumps at the opportunity to help J.T. get back into the local scene, which causes Dani to question Nick's commitment to their relationship.
