Episode 1
The Beast Forever

Adopted by farmers in Lucas, Kansas 20 years ago, Dorothy Gale became a nurse and finally resolves to grant her biological mother a long-denied first meeting. But her mobile home is a bloody crime scene, and when Dorothy leaves a supernatural tornado rises, which takes her and a killed woman it must have brought to the parallel world of Oz, where the ruling Wizard is soon alerted and sends his right hand Eamonn with other guard knights to destroy the magical intruder at all cost. Local tribal chieftain Ojo puts her trough torture-questioning, but ends up giving her a tour of the horror land with infernal prison and instructions to seek the wizard. On the way, she passes and liberates a handsome amnesiac knight who was crucified and sort of teams up with him. They barely escape, being confronted by a vindictive black witch who starts dooming them to the hellhole, but is ricked into shooting herself with a pistol, unknown to her. As the knight, whom she names Lucas, bleeds too badly, they set out for the nearest apothecary, unaware she holds a young boy Tip captive forever.

Prison of the Abject

The apothecary initially isn't wiling to help the strangers, until she recognizes Lucas's blade as mark of a wizard's guard knight and invites them in apologetically. While they heal Lucas, Dorothy discovers the boy kept in captivity, leading to a fight and a fire in the house, from which Jack and Tip escape, but soon find the lack of medicine has scary effects. Guard captain Eamonn's knight companions fear the quest's dangers and his methods enough to plot killing him off and seek the credit alone, but find he already dealt with one of them. The Wizzard opens the temple at Oz for the surviving witches to properly bury their sister and inherit some of her magic, but denies them privacy and Glinda duly curses the other's failure to pull the ritual off well.

Dorothy and Lucas find out that the Wizard's guards are coming to kill her; in Emerald City, the Wizard looks to his counsel for advisement as the witches show their power; Tip and Jack head to the City of Ev for a cure following a revelation.

Despite Lucas's pragmatic objections, Dorothy insists to interrupt their already dangerous journey to Oz in order to return home a seemingly lost, mute girl who clings to him, only to find her home a horror in a wretched village terrorized by wizard's guards, whom Lucas barely manages to avoid discovering them. Tip believes Jack dead and resolves to her fate as girl: being recruited by witch Glinda's nunnery-like orphanage or, as her playful bath-mate suggests more fitting her rebellious attitude, the brothel-like counterpart. However jack's fall wasn't fatal, he's picked up by the scientist of the royal armory lab, who 'fixes' him mechanically with armor into a tin man. The wizard is convinced by Anna's prediction of snow and promotes her his actual counselor, on a mission to deal with the beast, even admits to her he has no actual control over giants as everyone assumes, despite a cardinal witch revealing she's a bastard of a scorned counsel witch, but not his blood.

Everybody Lies

Captain Eamonn has saved Lucas, who was rescuing Sylvie, taking them home and reveals the amnesiac was his best knight Roan, whom he can't believe being guilty of the slaughter of his guards troop. The wizard welcomes to the feast of the Beast the king of Ev, whom he needs to produce weapons urgently before the beast returns. However the king is senile, leaving the actual power to his daughter, princess Ev, who blindly prefers vengeance on the city of Oz because when the wizard saved it, he left the beast devastating the realm around by flood, also killing her mother. In her retinue is a sulking Jack, who isn't resigned to be presented as her 'possession', but even more bitter towards Tip, whom he can't forgive for abandoning him without even verifying his assumed death. Dorothy is tortured by the crazy witch of the West, assisted by Tip and 'her predecessor', a double-crossing game of deceit, ending with Dorothy escaping trough the sewer after West learns the power of the gun, before Glinda arrives, whom West now mistrusts even more as presumed brain behind East's death.

Beautiful Wickedness

Confronted with a surviving fighter of his alleged slaughter among fellow guard knights, Lucas rejects captain Eamonn's faith in his innocence and volunteers to be arrested and tortured to learn the truth. Dorothy can't talk him out of it, so the witch of the West is brought in, who claims it requires including her as a mental bridge, but a failure may cause permanent damage. Jack teaches the startled princess Ev the concept of true friendship and may achieve it between them by defending her against brawlers at the festival. Dorothy is introduced to the Wizzard, who promotes Anna head of his council, surprised of his warm reception and interest, startled when West giggles concluding from Dorothy mentioning Karen as her mother she must be one of his bastards. He realizes what must have happened during a catastrophic incident in Kansas when he was besotted with Karen, an engineer at the experimental power plant, which went out of control, causing the vortex to Oz.

They Came First

After Lucas's mind probe, the Wizzard and West realize that Glinda is a threat and form an alliance against 'the Beast'. To arm his guard, the wizard sends captain Eamon to Ev, where the king has died, leaving the crow to be inherited by his daughter, who first abandons Jack in a moor, where his iron joints rust, then returns to oil him as her companion in the royal quarters, which prove a very empty golden cage. The wizard tricks West to help him declare war on magic, including a bloody witch-hunt including the execution of his council, but West finds an almost unbeatably strong one and takes Tip into confidence. Lucas and Dorothy make love, but while he duly concentrates on the war, she wants to risk everything to protect Sylvie.

Lions in Winter

Dorothy and Lucas bring the young witch to Glenda, Witch of The North. Glenda welcomes Lucas home by calling him husband. Dorothy is thrown in jail with a pregnant woman. Jack wakes up in the queens bed and he is refused to see her. Why are there dozens of young witches in Glenda's charge?

The Villain That's Become

Dorothy and Lucas find themselves on opposite sides as Dorothy defeats Lucas and leaves him for dead up on a cross as she found him. Meanwhile, Jack makes a deadly decision that may have deadly consequences he didn't know would happen. Elsewhere, Tip transforms again as West solidify their bond growing strong as they free dozens of battle tried witches. Dorothy uses magic to mount a battle of her own against the Wizard. A surprise is in store for all as life returns to a magical giant.

As they fall, The Beast of Forever is gaining skin and his wings as he launches off into the kingdoms. Dorothy now has the Wizard, Glinda and her witches rise from the dead. What fate befalls Oz and the Kingdoms?
