In an unfortunate accident, two-year-old, KJ, fractures his leg, landing him in a full cast - and his nanny, Lana, in the doghouse. Sweetie is put on a quest to find a new housekeeper and pool boy - only problem is - she forgot to tell Kim and Kroy that she hired someone already.

Thank goodness she's got a Bulgarian onion cure for anything that ails.
