The third season chronicling the lives and loves of the residents of Wisteria Lane introduces a new romantic interest for Susan, who is torn between this new man (Dougray Scott) and Mike (James Denton), who is now in a coma after a hit-and-run in Season 2. Meanwhile, Bree begins a relationship with the mysterious Orson Hodge (Kyle MacLachlan), who was introduced in Season 2 and now becomes a series regular; Gabrielle (Eva Longoria) and Carlos (Ricardo Antonio Chavira) pursue divorce proceedings; Lynette (Felicity Huffman) helps out at her husband's new pizza parlor; and Edie (Nicollette Sheridan) continues to pursue Mike and also has a new houseguest, her nephew Austin (Josh Henderson), who piques the interest of Susan's daughter Julie (Andrea Bowen).
