Dancing with the Stars welcomes 12 new stars and 3 new pros with a new dance style, contemporary, that has even the pros wondering. There is no elimination in round one but with scores ranging from 12 to 24 a few couples will have to work extra hard next week to stay in the competition.

Following the pros opening extravaganza Zendaya and Val perform the encore dance as the couple who received the most tweets. The guest performers are Icona pop and Josh Groban. The stars share their fears and the new pros are introduced in interview clips. The show closes with a surprise announcement by Dorothy Hammill.

Huey Lewis and the News and the pro dancers perform for the king and queen of the prom nestled comfortably on their thrones. Shawn and Peta reprise their YMCA impersonation of the Village People, this time with Bruno joining in. Then the pro guys give us a macho performance. Demi Lovato performs as the week's elimination approaches.

Couples perform to Stevie Wonder hits because Stevie is in the building and has a few numbers to perform himself. Then the couples perform either a Samba or a Paso Doble in the first team dance of the season.

If you thought some of the contestants might be better at Karaoke than dance the excepts that open this episode will change your mind. We also get a peak back stage at the furious activity of the stage hands between performances. The performers reprise their team dance from last night and Macy's Stars of Dance, Olly Murs and Will.I.Am perform as we await the news of who will leave the competition this week.

Juanes and the eliminated pros perform on the long awaited Latin dance night. Under the rules tonight the top scoring couple is immune from elimination and the rest compete in a dance off for additional points.

Guest performer Michael Bublé opens this show. Then Aly and Mark reprise last night's dance at the judges request. And later the Camden Sophisticated Sisters appear as the guest dance troupe. Kellie and Derek get to relax this night as they are immune from elimination having received the highest score from the judges last night. But it doesn't look good for Andy and Sharna with by far the lowest judges' scores.

All the pros including some returning from prior years open this 300th show with a sizzling number. The judges request an encore of Kellie and Derek's Argentine tango. Sophia Lucia a ten year old girl who set the world record for the most continuous pirouettes make a guest appearance and dances with her idol Chelsea Hightower. Avril Levine and The Wanted perform their hit songs.

For the finals the couples perform a classic ballroom dance, a cha cha relay and a free style. Tom paused to acknowledge the people effected by the day's Oklahoma tornadoes and to recognize the first responders.
