Episode 1
Doctor's Neglect?: Episode One

Mr Simpson was admitted to hospital following a car crash in Fulchester. He was examined by doctors and treated for minor injuries before being discharged. Moments later, Mr Simpson collapsed on the forecourt of the hospital and was rushed back inside for emergency brain surgery, from which he died. His widow Mrs Simpson is suing the hospital for neglect, claiming that the doctors who initially treated her husband missed the injury.

As the case draws to a close Doctor Warner's evidence is questioned by the plaintiff's solicitor as a means to doubt the hospital's ability to provide a full medical service. The defence takes the position that Mr Simpson left of his own accord leaving no blame on the hospital. The hospital administrator is the last to give evidence. Following the summing up by both sides, in whose favour will the judge find.

Multi-millionaire playboy Mikkis Lianos, a Greek shipping magnate, is accused of raping 20 year old Fulchester girl Doris Davis on board his yacht while it was anchored in the coastal suburb of Shingleborough. Miss Davis is now 3 months pregnant. The defense will disclose that Miss Davis has been sexually active since the age of eleven and will try to prove that she consented to sex with Mr Lianos.

Traffic Warden's Daughter: Part 2
Doris Davies says her daughter told her she been raped by Mikkis Lianos and the pair went to the police station. Dr. Hosain confirms that her bruises were in line with a assault. When it was learned she was pregnant the child was aborted.

Episode 6
Traffic Warden's Daughter: Part 3
Mikkis Lianos tells how he invited four girls, from the key-side, to his yacht. He later took Linda Davies back to his hotel where they had sex. He tells the prosecution nobody turns him down but denies hitting her but agrees he bit her.
