CombiNation Plates is a new show where the host creates two classic culinary dishes from two different cultures then combines them to create one stunning plate. Set in an avant-garde kitchen, the show features high-concept visual design to create haute-quality plating that has never, ever, been seen before. Your hosts include Bianca Osbourne, a trained chef and savvy young food innovator, and Craig Wong, skilled and talented chef/restaurateur, celebrated for his innovative, border-smashing style.
