The investigation leads them to her class of rowdy, underachieving students, one of whom that could know the truth of that night, while there were drugs being dealt.

The team investigates the 1964 death of Miriam Forrester, a door-to-door Tupperware saleswoman thought to have been killed in an accident, when her sister brings new evidence that she was actually murdered. They soon discover that Miriam was part of a group called "Wednesday's Women", who used Tupperware sales as a cover to travel to KKK-state Mississippi during Freedom Summer and help disadvantaged African-American schoolchildren in secret, non-segregated 'freedom school', much to the ire of most southerners. However there were more complex conflicts, including black relatives duly afraid for their safety and loved ones, like a future professor's murdered brother.

Her best friend regrets having her dragged along in dangerous slut games, she now hopes to keep her daughters away from. A poplar DJ was frustrated Missy didn't have sex with him, a never-charged abusive stepfather makes as good a suspect, but her only gentle boy friend also has regrets.

Remains found in an oil drum at the Philadelphia are identified, by dog tags, as belonging to Jimmy Tully, a Marine who went AWOL while on leave in 1951, opening up a murder case for the first time. Among the witnesses and suspects are members of his unit, his sergeant, a beautiful girl and a jealous guy from a Navy bar that the victim visited while on leave. As usual, all of these people are still alive and in Philadelphia. In the end, the murderer confesses and Tully's family can be proud of him, finally.

The detectives round up suspects and interview them, starting with the victim's family and friends, then moving on to her colleagues. The more the detectives learn as they keep adding pieces to the puzzle, the more the harsh world of selling cars at the time is exposed; which seemed to be full of conflicts, intrigues, secrets and hidden agendas.

It is found out that the Koslovs were helped by Nick Vera back then when he was a rookie with a Russian grandpa, as well as the discovery that Nadia had been poisoned just before her death, not investigated then as it happened midst street rows. Behind father Leo Koslov's back, she wasted her classical talent on pop music and consorted with 'too modern' teens, including charmer Cyrus Brill, and even teacher Elliot Glick, arousing various forms of jealousy.

Her life-long buddy Betty Sue Baker grew dangerously jealous. The gun, passed on several times, proves key evidence.

He vowed to rid the lower-class neighborhood he grew up in of drug dealers who preyed on young kids, allied with his electoral rival alderman Grover Boone, who is connected even to police brass, which may have 'buried' the case originally.

Female remains found in in the rubble of a demolished hotel incinerator are identified, inspired by the pin of a defunct major airline, as their flight attendant, Ally Thurston, then 21-year-old, who was reported missing. She was the regular flirt turning lover of charming first officer (co-pilot) Dean London, whose promotion seemed compromised when she tried to unionize her coworkers to battle the sexist work area of the flight industry, which fired any female over 32, growing fat or pregnant. Dean still got the job after his more abusive commander was forced to transfer to another company, but his favorite victim Gloria Flagstone, whom Ally helped 'fix a pregnancy' in Sweden, also chose the pilots side for a ring.

The team learn that she was working, shortly before her death, on a big story involving a local plastics factory's deadly working conditions by massive use of then-recently carcinogen-found asbestos. Their PR man was pressured to keep the lid on, her station brass to sit on the story.

Mom found a death report on her son's computer matching her husband. The mob boss is set for trial in Providence, RI and they fear the son is seeking revenge.

The photo is of the father's then 17-year-old daughter standing by a biker wearing a Jackals biker jacket which had been taken shortly before her vicious murder. Photo in hand, the father comes to the team to reopen this closed file.

The store owner, Pops, had helped Will go straight in his youth, so this was more than just a stop for milk, it was also a friendly hello to a valued friend. The team finds this is more than a simple robbery as young toughs feature into the crime.

Gonzalo has left a wife and son to pursue his baseball career which is going well when he turns up dead in a field, fatally injured with a baseball bat. The team are questioning his agent, his mistress, cousin and anyone who would want to harm Gonzalo.

The Detectives investigate a case from 2005, where one of the two first female cadets admitted into the Philly Military Institute (PMI) body was discovered in a cemetery. Kate Butler tried to live up to her father's standards and prove that she had what it took to be one of the "GUYS." Kate befriends an Afro-American cadet (Keith Henderson) who needed a tutor for calculus and she needed someone to talk to. Someone attached Kate in the shower with a saber and her hand was sliced. Keith found her and tried to help her get back to her room and they couldn't get the bleeding to stop so she had to go to the infirmary and was caught by other cadets since he had to go back into the Women's Latrine to retrieve his calculus book. Keith went to Commandant Murillo and reported the incident. Kate was called in by Commandant Murillo but lied and broke the code of honor. Commandant Murillo appointed James Addison to watch over her and protect her. James Looked forward to having her in his room so she could have someone to talk to as she was assigned to "Shine Duty" but she refused to give up what happened or who attacked her. Lilly Rush was going over the sign out logs and thinks she found the person who was responsible for attacking Kate. As she is on her way to go talk to that person, she is forced off the road and her car careens over a bridge and plunges into the water.
