While Romi is having peaceful days in Harmony Town, Maskping, a mysterious Teenieping, releases all the Jewel Teeniepings of the Jewel Forest on Earth. To save them, three students of the Teenieping School decide to secretly go with the Jewel Heart Wing Phone.

After Romi finally got the Jewel Heart Wing Phone, she comes in contact with Dr. Monziu. The latter decides that the students Teeniepings will help Romi that will once again be in charge of catching all the Teeniepings. Later, Romi receives he Teenieping School, a new house for the Teeniepings.
