Actor Edward Hermann hosts this look at some of America's most notable and historic sites in need of additional funding so they can remain open to the public for years to come. The diverse sites featured include Oklahoma's Wheelock Academy, California's Santa Anita Racetrack, and Florida's Okeechobee Battlefield. This episode was filmed in New York City's restored Grand Central Terminal. Each year, a new edition of this program is produced by The History Channel and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
