Episode 1
On the day Young Oh joins Hyunsung Medical Center as an assistant professor, a patient is rushed in after being struck by a vehicle; Young Oh takes one look at the patient and refuses to perform surgery; Jin Sung threatens to arrest him.
Episode 2
Jin Sung has suspicions about the death of Chul Min; she is convinced that the body of Chul Min was switched and believes Young Oh to be behind this.
Episode 3
Jin Sung is shocked when she finds out that Suk Joo knew about the missing heart; she tells Dong Jae what she knows and he finds something suspicious about Chul Min.
Episode 4
People are shaken up when they hear that someone in the hospital may have murdered Dong Jae; Hyun Joon, the director of Hyunsung Medical Center is worried.
Episode 5
Jin Sung arrests Young Oh because of a tip she was given by Gun Myung; Gun Myung takes Young Oh's place as lead surgeon and operates on Dr Shim.
Episode 6
Young Oh is shocked to find out that Min Jae knew his secret all along; she testifies that Young Oh suffers from antisocial disorder and is a psychopath.
Episode 7
Suk Joo begins to question the research regarding regenerative medicine; Young Oh disappears and Suk Joo goes looking for him but is unable to find him.
Episode 8
When Young Oh makes his way back to Seoul, he goes straight to Jin Sung; this surprises her because she had expected him to go back to Hyunsung Medical Center.
Episode 9
Jin Sung is assigned a case as soon as she is transferred to the Violent Crimes Division; just when she is about to arrest the suspect, he collapses.
Episode 10
Jin Sung keeps thinking about Young Oh's hug; a child abuse patient is brought into the hospital and put under Young Oh's care.
Episode 11
Young Oh presses Jin Sung for an answer but chooses not to hear her response; in the end, he decides to go back to the hospital.
Episode 12
Jin Sung visits Young Oh and tells him how she feels since Young Oh keeps ignoring her calls; a patient with low chance of survival gets admitted.
Episode 13
Young Oh insists on holding a mortality conference for his patient, Jo Yoon Ho; everyone at the hospital is anxious when they hear about the conference.
Episode 14
Soon Ho realizes that Suk Joo and Jin Sung have disappeared and searches desperately for them; Jin Sung undergoes a transplant surgery with Young Oh as the donor.
