After losing out on his dream job, philosophy scholar Jack Griffin (Glenn Howerton) has to work as a high school Advanced Placement biology teacher. However, Jack decides that he won't be teaching any biology to his students. Instead, he uses the classroom full of intelligent students for his own benefit. Meanwhile, Principal Durbin (Patton Oswalt) is trying to prove he's at the helm and struggles to control Jack.
