Oxygen has OK'd a reality show about rapper Coolio's attempts to raise six teens as a single parent. Coolio & the Gang will debut in the second quarter of '08.... Fox and McG (The O.C.) are developing Spaced, a comedy based (of course) on a British series from Shaun of the Dead creators Simon Pegg and Edgar Wright. Bobbed Barker: NBC Scrubs Andy's Thursday Finale

NBC has pretty much closed the case on Andy Richter's Andy Barker, P.I., shuttling the short-run series' fifth intended-for-broadcast episode from this Thursday to Saturday at 8 pm/ET, where it will be paired with a sixth episode that was originally planned for online streaming only. Filling Barker's 9:30 slot this Thursday, a week sooner than planned, is a fresh episode of Scrubs.It's too bad, seeing the Andys get this less-than-honorable send-off. The show had much promise and a sweet, wholesome undertone long missing from TV comedies, which these days can be so... snarky.

Ratings: Six Appeal Rouses Winchester Boys

This Thursday's ratings rundown:8 pmOpposite NCCA basketball coverage, Ugly Betty (10.76 mil) dropped 2.4 million total viewers from its last fresh outing to deliver its smallest audience since Nov. 23. Fox's 5th Grader (12.18 mil) won the hour, while Smallville (4.58 mil) slipped 500 thou from its last new episode.9 pmGrey's Anatomy (22.4 million) came out on top with 4.8 mil fewer heads than its boffo Feb. 23 outing, but the key demos race wasn't even close. Scrubs (6.37 mil) was up 470,000 and Andy Barker, P.I. (5.85 mil) debuted to an audience 650K larger than the most recent 30 Rock. The big story, though, is that Supernatural, which only recently hit a season low, came through with its best numbers since Oct. 26: 3.54 mil.10 pmIn the battle of the newbies, ABC's October Road bested NBC's Raines, 14.3 million to 10.3 mil. October Road did three mil better than the latest Men in Trees, while Jeff Goldblum was up just 420,000 from ER.

Streams Come True for Heroes, FNL Fans

Not only will Andy Richter's Andy Barker, P.I. premiere on NBC.com, but the comedy's entire six-episode freshman season — including one episode that won't be shown on television — will be made available online before the show's March 15 broadcast debut, Variety reports. NBC.com will also serve up a Web-only "bonus" episode of The Black Donnellys (reportedly because it didn’t pass muster with Standards & Practices) and, come March, take Medium online and begin streaming all episodes of Heroes and Friday Night Lights.Yowza, my dial-up at home is gonna be workin' overtime!
