Xia Yao, born into a wealthy and renown ancestry, is a playboy who has turned over a new leaf. Yuan Zong is an ex-soldier from the special forces who opened a bodyguard training company after being discharged. When Yuan Ru, Yuan Zong's little sister fell for Xia Yao's charms, but could not break down his erected barriers, she came to Yuan Zong for assistance. But Xia Yao and Yuan Zong get closer than Yuan Ru expected. ~ Based off of the Chinese BL novel "Advance Bravely " written by Chai Jidan.

Xia Yao effortlessly wins a kickboxing tournament. Afterward, he meets his friend Peng Ze and playfully tricks him into thinking that he is hearing voices. While enjoying a day out, Xia Yao encounters a mysterious girl "Yuan Ru". She asks him out on a date, but he refuses. Yuan Ru begs her brother, Yuan Zong, to land her a date with Xia Yao.
