A mine owner dies and leaves half to Gene and half to Easterner Barbara Erwin. Gene wants to continue operation of the mine as requested in the will, but Barbara wants to sell and leave with her half of the money. So she hires two lawyers, not knowing they are crooks. They then sent their henchman out and Gene's life is soon in danger.

A native son returns to the isolated, backwards village in the Okefenokee Swamp where he was raised, with ideas of bringing modern day progress in terms of schools, canals, new roads, running water, and other needed changes, but is met with resistance by nearly all of the residents, some out of ignorance, and some with selfish vested interests in seeing that no changes be made.

Jim Hawkins and Wahoo Jones are stagecoach robbers who head to Texas to find Sam McGee, their partner. Once there, low on funds, they join the Texas Rangers, come across Sam, and decide to run their game by sending Sam inside information. Meanwhile, though, in pacifying rebellious Indians, Jim and Wahoo start to take on the code of the Rangers, and the daughter of the Ranger's major sets her sights on Jim. Can there be honor among thieves, or are Jim, Wahoo, and Sam on a collision course? As a lawless frontier becomes a civilized land, which side will the boys chose?

Adam Larey is looking for the killer of his father when he was a boy. His only clue is a brand and he finds it when he runs into the Collinshaws. When he learns that Jim Collinshaw, now an old man and an invalid is the one, he is unable to kill him and leaves. But Eliot then kills Collinshaw and blames Adam and Adam finds himself in jail charged with the murder.

After a violent argument with her husband, a famous actress is discovered by her ex-lover, Robert Tisdall, drowned on a beach. Police arrive and arrest Tisdall on the testimony of witnesses who saw him with the body. He is accused of the murder. As he is about to go on trial, he escapes from the courthouse with help from Erica Burgoyne, the resourceful daughter of a Police Constable. At first, Erica doesn't really believe that Tisdall is innocent, but she's so attracted to the young man that she continues to help him elude capture while searching for the real killer, risking her life and her father's reputation. Their only lead is provided by Old Will, a china mender who can identify the murderer--a man with noticeably twitching eyes.

Cattle ranchers "Chalk" Reynolds and Walt Payne have driven most of the small ranchers from the government range in the Ruby Hills country, and are fighting between them to get sole control. Reynolds' chief gunman is Frank Emmett and Payne's hired gun is Jack Voyle, and both are described as ruthless killers. Into the valley rides Ross Haney who has just bought the water rights to the range, a legal step that Reynolds and Payne overlooked. Haney soon learns that a third faction is also out to control the valley; the Double V Ranch, owned by Robert Vernon and his sister Sherry. The latter falls in love with Haney, and is by his side when he is engaged in a showdown with all the other factions.

Tex returns to Santa Fe to find his Mother murdered. Foster runs the town and all crimes committed by his gang are blamed on Rogel and his men. He makes Tex Marshal but this backfires when Tex enlists Rogel and his men and goes after Foster who he now knows is responsible for his Mother's death.

A seaplane departs for China. On board are a nurse escaping a loveless marriage to do work with refugees, a woman hoping to surprise her estranged son, a wealthy heiress trying to distance herself from labor troubles, an oily politician, a moll and a mobster fleeing the wrath of the gangs they've double-crossed, two rival munitions salesmen out to cash in on the misery of war, and a fresh-faced young steward. Caught in a course-altering storm, a crash-landing destroys the plane, kills the plane's officers, and tosses the surviving passengers into the sea. They are washed ashore on an isolated island inhabited solely by mysteriously reclusive Mr. Taylor and his servant, Ping. Until Taylor decides if, how and when he will allow them to take his boat back to China for help, this disparate band must work together, change their self-centered ways, and examine their motives for wanting to escape from the island and their pasts.

Royal Canadian Mounted Policemen Sergeant Gale Farrell and Constable Pat O'Hearne are on a mission to Twin Oaks in the dense Canadian wilderness to quell a war between rival fur trappers, and capture The Raven, a notorious gunman and killer, on his way to join the war. Pat returns to the post with the prisoner while Gale resumes his journey with the Raven's documents and identity. Gale contacts tavern owner McClain, suspected of being mixed up in the wholesale fur thefts, and convinces him that he is actually the Raven masquerading as a Mountie. McClain discloses some of the secrets of the operation but will not tell Gale the name of the ring leader. Gale meets Reynolds and Foster, the rival trappers who are accusing each other, and attempts to restore peace between them Reynolds is shot and wounded and Gale meets Ruth, his daughter, and falls in love with her. Gale learns that a fur buyer is at Twin Oaks and has just made a deal for ll of Reynolds' pelts. Foster, certain those are the pelts recently stolen from his warehouse goes to Twin Oaks and confirms his suspicions. Gale finds out that McClain has been stealing furs from both trappers, thus inciting both men into the present feud. Gale brings them together. Dr. Martin, Twin Oaks only physician, discovers Foster and Reynolds discussing McClain and speculating who the higher-up can be. It be him and he shoots both men. The wounded trappers are found by Gale, who also finds a string of wild doves recently killed by a hunter and some empty cartridges. He traces the evidence to Dr. Martin and rides to town to arrest him. But he is met by McClain and his men, who challenge his identity as the Raven. He hides outside his cabin and arrest McClain and his men when they show up to kill him. Pretending to be wounded, Gale stumbles into Martin's office and finds the gun which was used to shoot the two trappers. Dr. Martin and McClain are sent to the Mountie headquarters, while Gale remains behind to claim Ruth for his bride.

The fictionalized lives of the story-telling Grimm brothers are brought to life in this all-star fantasy film. In the early nineteenth century, the brothers Wilhelm and Jacob Grimm are commissioned to write a family history for a local Duke. Reenactments of three of their stories including "The Dancing Princess", "The Cobbler and the Elves" and "The Singing Bone".

The stage is set for a series of confrontations when photographer Mark Jefferson (Tom Eplin) agrees to help his friend Roger (John Mayall) defend his night club against a handful of organized crime figures. Mark has an added incentive for becoming involved as his ex-girlfriend Carol (Cheri Cameron Newell) sings at the club. But the gangsters are willing to use mayhem and murder in order to take over Roger's business. It appears that the petty mobsters are out to sell illegal weapons to anyone who wants them, especially L.A.'s youth, instead of using the club as a front for a prostitution ring as Roger suspects. Soon Mark and his trusty motorcycle have their work cut out for them.

She and her fellow prisoners struggle for survival, working 14 hour days with limited food and no medical supplies. After almost three years the prisoners are liberated by American forces.
