Two young Gatlin residents are orphaned after the younger brother kills their father. So, the terror of Gatlin goes urban when the two boys are placed in the custody of two foster parents. The younger brother (who by this point is established as the "evil one") bought some corn seeds along for the road and plants them in the courtyard of an abandoned warehouse, bring He Who Walks Behind the Rows to the city. He winds up possessing his high school peers, and soon his older brother feels called to stop him.

After being abandoned at the altar, Jason courts the girl of his dreams in cyberspace. When she arrives in LA for their wedding, she turns out to be completely different than expected.

It exists in the Nicholson cinematic universe between "Five Easy Pieces," and "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" and filmed in many of the same locations as those films and "Animal House."

Danny Stein is a high-school senior and class vice president; he's in charge of the prom, along with Camille, his best friend for years. Everyone including Camille and her parents assumes that Danny will ask her to the prom, but he wants something less platonic and more romantic - more memorable. His choices include the sophomore cheerleader he drives to school, a friend of a friend, and a quiet Chinese girl in his classes. With his parents' help (they're going through a divorce), he gets the tickets, rents a tux, reserves a limo, and, over his mother's objections, gets a room at the prom-site hotel. This, everyone believes, is the way to establish memories. Will anything work out?

"The Joneses", a social commentary on our consumerist society. Perfect couple Steve and Kate Jones, and their gorgeous teen-aged children Jenn and Mick, are the envy of their posh, suburban neighborhood filled with McMansions and all the trappings of the upper middle class. Kate is the ultimate trend setter - beautiful, sexy, dressed head-to-toe in designer labels. Steve is the admired successful businessman who has it all: a gorgeous wife, big house and an endless supply of high-tech toys. Jenn and Mick rule their new school as they embody all that is hip and trendy - cool clothes, fast cars and the latest gadgets. But as the neighbors try to keep up with the Joneses, none are prepared for the truth about this all- too perfect family.

At fancy, private Colby University, in the North Carolina hills, a drug overdose puts a senior near death. The school administration calls in the acting sheriff to conduct "a delicate and discrete investigation" - a whitewash. The more he digs, the more evidence he finds that the overdose may have been attempted murder. In flashbacks that parallel his investigation, we see Alicia, a scholarship girl worried about her grades, gradually pulled into the social life of three rich and amoral young women, led by the blond Hadley, a femme fatale. Before the investigation ends, we've met boyfriends, a drug dealer, Alicia's mom, Hadley's dad, nurses, doctors, and an orderly.

TV presenter Will Chaney is as cute as they get and a dear devoted daddy to his pre-teen son Benjamin 'Ben'. Alas the somewhat shy, confused boy is the only good thing that came out of Will's marriage. Under divorce custody rules Will picks up Ben at Denver airport at the start - and near tears drops him off again at the end of every major school holiday. There Will meets divorcée Jane, who similarly picks up and drops off her daughter. Both good, involuntarily part-time parents hold back dating to spare their kids another traumatic break-up. Luckily their best friends, Will's cameraman Charlie and Jane's sister Georgia, encourage them to go out together. Once Ben gets used to the situation, at last saying 'dad' instead of Will, he gives his crucial blessing, even picks Jane over the only other date dad presented to him, so exit Maddie. Finally Will considers a bold move, which however is probably detrimental to his first shot at promotion from weatherman to news-desk presenter, as before his divorce and move.

THE COOLER is Bernie Lootz (William H. Macy), the unluckiest man in Vegas. His bad luck is so contagious that Shelly Kaplow (Alec Baldwin), the last of the old time mobsters, uses Bernie to kill the high rollers' action at his casino. But when Bernie meets Natalie (Maria Bello) and falls in love, he gives a whole new meaning to being "unlucky in love."

Robert and Molly are a married couple struggling with the tragic death of their young daughter. They've fallen on hard times financially and move to Robert's late father's rustic cabin in the small town of Reedsville. Then Robert stumbles across a horrific scene in the woods and finds himself entangled in the web of corruption and deceit that hides under the small town's surface.

In the most provocative film of the year, Academy Award(r)-winner Michael Moore (2002, Best Documentary, Bowling for Columbine) presents a searing examination of the role played by money and oil in thewake of the tragic events of 9/11. Moore blends captivating and thought-provoking footage with revealing interviews, while balancing it all with his own brand of humor and satire.

Scott Baio, ex-child star in real life, plays a young man who goes to visit an old friend of his who resides in California. His friend's got it all: Nice house, great car, lots of neat accessories, friends, and, or course, women. But after Baio's friend mysteriously disappears, and Baio suspects foul play in a boating accident, Baio adapts to the persona of his friend for a while. But this idea backfires when the bad guys who killed his friend start coming after Baio, thinking they didn't succeed in their job. Or is that what it's all about? (Taken from my review on the film)

After vicious escape attempts, Lee Ray finally develops genuine remorse and tries to make-up with Gary Caputo, who Lee shot in the head, leaving him mentally a child. Brother Bill Caputo's hate for ruining both of their lives is however redoubled, with tragic consequences.

In 1844, the peace of Feudal Japan is threatened by cruel Lord Naritsugu Matsudaira, who is politically rising and getting closer to his half-brother, the shogun. After the harakiri of the Namiya clan leader, samurai Shinzaemon Shimada is summoned by the shogun's advisor Sir Doi of the Akashi Clan to listen to the tragedy of Makino Uneme, whose son and daughter-in-law have been murdered by Naritsugu. Then Sir Doi shows a woman with arms, legs and tongue severed by Naritsugu and she writes with her forearm a request to Shinza to slaughter Naritsugu and his samurai. Shinza promises to kill Naritsugu and he gathers eleven other samurais and plots a plan to attack Naritsugu in his trip back to the Akashi land. But the cunning samurai Hanbei Kitou that is responsible for the security of his master foresees Shinza's intent. Shinza decides to go with his samurai through the mountain, where they find the hunter Koyata that guides them off the mountain and joins the group. Now the thirteen men prepare an ambush to Naritsugu and his army of two hundred samurai in a suicide mission to stop evil.

Burt Reynolds stars in this lusty, gutsy action western about a fearless Indian with a relentless vendetta against a band of outlaws that killed his people. Sergio Corbucci’s Italian/Spanish Spaghetti Western boasts a fine score by Ennio Morricone and more visceral thrills than you can through a horse blanket at.

Originally released as Hollow Triumph, this top-notch film noir suspense thriller gave actor Paul Henreid (Casablanca) a chance to trade in his romantic image for not one, but two sinister performances.

A meteorite yields the three-headed dragon King Ghidorah on Earth, after Mothra's priestesses predicted that the King of Terror would return. The monster was said to be responsible for the death of the dinosaurs, and now, he is out to get all of Earth's children. While Mothra's powers are no match for the dragon, he is sent to the past, in the time of the dinosaurs, to battle a younger, and apparently less powerful, King Ghidorah.

Dragon Ma is back, having rid the seas of the dreaded Pirate Lo. Back on land, he is assigned to the police force, where he is to clean up corruption and crime in a local suburb. Along the way, he is caught up in the fate of several Chinese patriots attempting to secure sympathy and support for their revolutionary cause. The Chinese Manchu government is after these revolutionaries, and anyone that stands in their way is in trouble, even if they are in the police force.
