Agenda: Grinding America Down
When Idaho Legislator Curtis Bowers wrote a "letter to the editor" about the drastic changes in America's culture, it became the feature story on the evening news, people protested at the Capitol, and for weeks the local newspapers were filled with responses. He realized then... he'd hit on something. Ask almost anyone and you'll hear, "Communism is dead! The Berlin Wall came down." Though the word communism isn't used anymore, this film will show the ideas behind it are alive and well. Join Bowers for a fascinating look at the people and groups that have successfully targeted America's morality and freedom in their effort to grind America down. It's a well documented AGENDA.

Santa Fiesta
Every year in Spain, some 16,000 Fiestas are organized, during which animals are used. Honoring the Holy Virgin and the Patron Saints, and with the blessing of religious and political authorities, entire towns -including children- are involved in celebrations of unbelievable cruelty. 60,000 animals are hence abused each year during these "Fiestas of Blood". Toros Embolados (bulls with two burning pikes soaked with fuel tied to their horns), stabbed, tied, pierced with darts or thrown into the water. Abused pigeons, rats, pigs, geese, horses and even ants. The barbaric tradition is varied and extends throughout the Spanish geography. People dance, drink, laugh. The life of the people and the death of the animals is celebrated, with the silent complicity of priests, amongst prayers and mystical processions. Santa Fiesta is a feature documentary that makes us eyewitnesses of a cocktail of celebration, blood and faith rooted in the Spanish soul. Feral Love
Crazy cat lady or world-class musician? Dorian Rence smashes our notions of what matters and who counts in 'Feral Love.' A violist with the New York Philharmonic for 40 years, Dorian also cares for a feral cat colony in the tunnels of New York City. You decide. 'Feral Love' follows world-class musician Dorian Rence who has performed with the New York Philharmonic for 40 years while caring for a feral colony of cats in the railroad tunnels of New York City. 'I frankly don't see a big difference between the life of a cat and the life of me' she states as we gradually come to understand and respect her work with ferals and her rise to the elite ranks of professional musicians. Born in Oklahoma to a father who was both a farmer and a clarinet player, Dorian started piano lessons at the age of five and then violin lessons. After acceptance to the prestigious Curtis Institute of Music as a violist, she won her audition with the New York Philharmonic at age 21. Dorian was the seventh woman to enter the New York Philharmonic and has played with all the great conductors and soloists including Leonard Bernstein, Pierre Boulez, Zubin Mehta, Luciano Pavarotti, Isaac Stern, Yo Yo Ma, to name a few. "Feral Love" tracks Dorian as she cares for and ultimately rescues the cats in her colony during a particularly brutal winter. We are accompanied on this journey with the gorgeous music of a New York Philharmonic string ensemble featuring Dorian Rence on the viola.

South of 8
'South of 8' is a crime thriller set in San Diego during a very near dystopian future characterized by mass poverty and intense government surveillance. After a 'Second Great Depression,' unemployment and crime in the United States are at record highs, the nation's farmlands have been crippled by several years of drought, and a massive diaspora to the already-crowded cities created a swell in the enormous homeless population. The vast economic divide eventually spawns numerous subversive groups -- each with their own agenda -- and the police react by launching a brutal "dirty" war against them throughout the city, with drones being used routinely by the police and private companies as urban watchdogs to compensate for their downsized manpower. All the elements that forged the public enemies of the 1930's are coinciding again, and history is set to repeat. The story focuses on three young adults who go into a life of crime, each for their own petty motives. They become known as 'The Vanishers' to the public, and their methods become increasingly more violent as the police close in on them. When the stakes are raised, they enlist the help of other Depression-era criminals who adjust their tactics and augment their robberies, and they sink deeper into the underworld, past the point of redemption.

We follow three game companies navigating the space where urban planning and gaming meet.
