Belgium and England are playing a game that neither team wanted to be in, as they'll be playing for third and fourth place instead of first and second, after their respective losses to France and Croatia. Despite being the highest-scoring team left in the tournament, Belgium was unable to score against France. England and their "Bring it Home" slogan will have to wait at least another four years as Croatia won the game in extra time, 2-1. The team has been here before, in 1990 when they finished fourth in the tournament, and they'll be hoping to better that with a third-place finish. Harry Kane was held scoreless for his second-straight game, so he's still chasing that elusive seventh goal needed to have the English goal-scoring record at a World Cup tournament.

The game at Saint Petersburg Stadium, St. Petersburg, starts at 5 p.m. local time, or 10 a.m. Eastern (7 a.m. Pacific). You can watch it live on Fox in English, or in Spanish on Telemundo and NBC Universo through your cable company. If you don't have cable you can stream it via Hulu with Live TV, or fuboTV.

Neither team has finished a World Cup in third place; England won the tournament in 1966, and finished fourth in 1990; Belgium finished fourth in 1986. The teams faced each other in Group G play, with Belgium winning 1-0.
