Will Ferrell and Kristen Wiig Team Up for the Greatest Lifetime Movie Ever

Will Ferrell and Kristen Wiig are starring in their very own Lifetime movie.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Saturday Night Live alums teamed up to quietly film A Deadly Adoption, in which they play a wealthy couple who house a pregnant woman (Jessica Lowndes) with the hopes of adopting her child.

Described as a "dramatic thriller" that will pay winking tribute to Lifetime movies of yore (see also: My Stepson, My Lover and Cyber Seduction: His Secret Life), A Deadly Adoption will likely premiere this summer to coincide with the 25th anniversary of Lifetime's movie division, THR reports.

Ferrell and Wiig are re-teaming with writer Andrew Steele, who also penned the miniseries The Spoils of Babylon, in which they both starred and was produced by Ferrell.
