In the end, Gibbons' $324,000 charity fundraising total on the final task topped Rivera's $146,000 - despite the fact that her full-season total of $464,000 fell short of his $725,000. But Rivera alienated several of his teammates and fellow competitors in the process.

Rivera was raising funds for Life's WORC, which supports people with developmental disabilities and those on the autism spectrum, while Gibbons was raising money for Leeza's Care Connection, her organization that helps people with Alzheimer's Disease and dementia.

Also emerging as a winner: Celebrity Apprentice, which has been renewed for next season, host Donald Trump told viewers at the end of Monday's show.
