Who Is Golden Globes Winner Rachel Brosnahan?

She looks familiar, right? We'll tell you where you've seen her before

Sunday night's Golden Globe Awards had plenty of surprises, including The Marvelous Mrs. Maiselstar Rachel Brosnahan taking home the trophy for Best Actress in a Comedy. If the name sounds familiar, that's probably because you've seen her in other projects.

Brosnahan appeared on shows like Gossip Girl, CSI: Miami, Grey's Anatomy, Orange Is the New Black and The Good Wife before landing a recurring role on The Blacklist in 2014 as Jolene Parker. She also starred as Rachel Posner on House of Cards from 2013-2015, a role for which she was nominated for a Guest Emmy.

She played Abby Isaacs in the short-lived series Manhattan, before landing the lead role on Amazon's The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel from Gilmore Girlscreators Amy Sherman-Palladino and Daniel Palladino. The dramedy tells the story of a New York housewife (Brosnahan) who becomes a standup comedian after her husband upends her world by leaving her.
