This year's big game takes place on the first Sunday in February -- Sunday, Feb. 3. With the NFC champion Los Angeles Rams taking on the AFC champion New England Patriots.
Super Bowl LIII is a rematch of 2002's Super Bowl XXXVI, which saw the Patriots upset the Rams in one of the most shocking Super Bowl finals ever, 20-17. That game was Tom Brady's first Super Bowl victory and since 2002, the legendary quarterback has returned to the title content seven other times. All told, Brady and Pats head coach Bill Belichick have won a combined five Super Bowl titles.

Will Brady and Belichick make history with a sixth win (and need extra hands to sport all their Super Bowl rings), or will the high-powered Rams, led by quarterback Jared Goff and running backs Todd Gurley II and surprise late-season addition C.J. Anderson, pull an upset of their own, 17 years later. (The Patriots are currently favored by as much as three points according to betting lines.)
