It's a scary moment, but she's OK
CNN anchor Poppy Harlow had an unfortunate moment on Monday when she passed out during a live broadcast.
Harlow was reporting on a poll about the American public's opinion on how President Barack Obama is handling the War on Terror when her speech began to slur and then she went silent. The actual passing-out happened when a graphic was onscreen.
Shortly after the incident, Harlow came back on the air no visibly worse for wear. "For all of you on Twitter who are asking if I'm OK, thank you so much," she said. "I got a little hot and I passed out for a moment. I am fine. We're going to take a quick break, we'll be right back."
Harlow is six months pregnant.

After leaving the studio, Harlow tweeted:
Thank you all for your concern and messages! I am ok! Passed out briefly and am with the doctor now. So thankful to our amazing CNN team.
Update from the hospital -- our little girl due this spring is doing just fine. Was a scare but we are both ok. Thank you all so much!
