Things aren't looking great for Kim Richards' recovery.

After her April 16 arrest for getting into a drunken fight and kicking a cop, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star agreed to do (what else?) a tell-all interview with Dr. Phil.

In a promo for the April 28 interview, it looks like Dr. Phil takes a few jabs at her alleged sobriety.

"Are you living a lie, telling everybody you've been sober for three years?" he asks her.

She admits she caught herself pouring a gigantic slug of vodka."I thought, 'Oh my God, what have I done?'" she said, covering her mouth with her hands.

Later, Dr. Phil points out that her behavior is not setting a great example for her four children.

"You are drunk in a bar fighting with a cop," Dr. Phil says. "That is not good mothering."

At which point Richards asks, "Is this an intervention? I'm sorry, I can't," and stands up to leave the room.
