Vida Season 2 Is 'Operating on Chingona Level' in This Steamy Trailer

Vida returns for its anticipated second season later this month, and we finally have our first look at what's in store now that Emma (Mishel Prada) and Lyn (Melissa Barrera) decided to stay in L.A. and take over their late mother's bar. As expected, running a bar isn't going to be easy for the sisters, particularly given that Emma still doesn't fully see Lyn as her hardworking, responsible equal.

And as the sisters work to rebrand the dive bar as something more sleek, they find themselves not only continuing to come up against developers but also the anti-gentrification movement, the latter of which prompts Emma to examine the effects passing as white has had on her life. And, of course, the trailer for Season 2 isn't without its sexy moments, with shots of both leading women in bed (and in the shower, and the kitchen...) with their paramours.
