O'Neal and his executive producer, Greg Heller, took time out to explain why we should keep up with Upload.

TV Guide Magazine: I've got room in my life to watch one more show. Why it should be yours?
Shaquille O'Neil:
You're guaranteed to laugh.
Greg Heller:
You'll see Shaq in ways you've never seen him before. He plays an ambulance-chasing lawyer in one sketch. He does standup for an audience of cats. And when he laughs, you will laugh. He has the most infectious laugh I have ever heard. Also, Rob Dyrdek is only 5'7".

TV Guide Magazine:Who should be watching?
O'Neal
: Anyone who wants to have a better day.
Heller
: What Shaq said. Anyone who wants to see Shaq destroy Aaron Carter in a game of one-on-one, Shaq in giant Mexican pointy boots, and a shirtless 600-pound emcee perform a custom-tailored song about Shaq.

TV Guide Magazine:What happens if we don't watch your show?
O'Neal:
That's impossible. I'd have to think about it.
Heller:
Tomorrow at work you'll have to talk about spreadsheets and deadlines instead of Shaq doing a diaper dance or eating a live squid on stage. Also, if Shaq tells you to watch something, I'd advise doing so. He's pretty big.

TV Guide Magazine:Give us an equation for Upload.
O'Neal:
I have no idea what you're asking me.
Heller:
Awesome clips + sketches + X = super funny. Find X. (Hint: X = Shaq)

TV Guide Magazine:What's the best thing anyone has said or written about your show?
O'Neal
: "Any show that has Shaq involved, the possibilities are infinite."
Heller
: That it's not what they expected. Shaq has always done funny stuff, but for Upload he wanted to go a little further out. He knew right away that we had to go one step deeper than other shows in the same arena, which is why we built so many really absurd sketches and brought in an eclectic bunch of guest comics to riff with the guys.  And it worked.

TV Guide Magazine:What's the worst thing?
O'Neal:
Nothing.
Heller:
Several of the reviews have noted that the show was "way too funny."

TV Guide Magazine:Who was right?
O'Neal:
The guy who wrote the best thing.
Heller:
It's all very subjective, but whoever disliked the show was clearly wrong.

TV Guide Magazine:Come up with a premise for the spin-off.
O'Neal:
A clip show for children.
Heller:
Shaquille O'Neal's Wide World of Super Cuddly Kittens. Shaq goes on a nationwide hunt for the cutest cat in America. The winning cat gets a private wing in Shaq's house.

TV Guide Magazine:What credit of yours would you prefer we forget?
O'Neal:
Shazaam. I mean, Kazaam. See, I already forgot.

TV Guide Magazine:Finish this sentence: "If you like _______, you'll love our show."
O'Neal:
To laugh.
Heller
: Food, your family, making money, not being stuck in traffic, awesome clips and 7'1" NBA icons.

TV Guide Magazine:Name your favorite online video of all time.
O'Neal:
Anything with cats. I love cats.
Heller:
Tie: Anything involving Ceddybu Da Rap Sumo and Orson Welles' drunk outtakes.

TV Guide Magazine:Gangnam Style or Harlem Shake?
O'Neal:
Harlem Shake.

TV Guide Magazine:With what show would you like to do a crossover episode?
O'Neal:
Inside the NBA, except we would only feature clips of Charles Barkley.
Heller:
Inside the NBA as well, except we would only feature clips of Ernie Johnson.

TV Guide Magazine:How will your show change the face of TV as we know it?
O'Neal:
You'll have to watch to find out.

TV Guide Magazine:What's an alternate title?
O'Neal:
The Big Clip Show.
Heller:
Love Shaqtually.
