I Dreamed a Dream: The Susan Boyle Story

(Sunday, Dec. 13 at 8/7c ) will follow the global music sensation's journey from a small village in rural Scotland to international fame and fanfare following her inspiring performance on Britain's Got Talent.

Susan Boyle on success: "I don't want my dream to end"

The one-hour special will include interviews with the 47-year-old singer and her friends and many celebrity fans, including producer Simon Cowell. Also featured are performances from her debut album, including "Wild Horses," "Cry Me a River," and a very special rendition of "One Day More" with the London cast of Les Miserables.The special will also feature a look at Boyle in her homeland and document her journey to New York City, where she performed on the Today show and visited the top of the Empire State Building.

Boyle rose to fame on the stage of Britain's Got Talent in January 2009 after she performed "I Dreamed a Dream" from Les Miserables. The performance received more than 300 million YouTube views.
