Tracy Morgan's lawyer says the comedian may never perform again after the accident he was involved in earlier this year.
"The jury's still out," Benedict Morelli told the New York Post. "The doctors don't know the answer."
Morgan, 45, was critically injured when his limo collided with a Walmart tractor trailer in New Jersey back in June. Comedian James "Jimmy Mack" McNair was killed in the crash.
Earlier this week, Walmart blamed the 30 Rock alum and his other passengers for the injuries they sustained in the crash, saying it was their choice not to wear seatbelts. Morgan, in turn, released a statement saying he and his friends "were doing nothing wrong," and thanking his fans for their support.
Morgan, who has had to back out of a TV show and a movie due to his condition, is currently using a wheelchair and is undergoing daily speech, cognitive, vocational and physical therapies to regain function, the Post reports.
