In the previous episode, a man died in an accident and, as his spirit stepped into the light, Jim's spirit entered the man's body. Now the man (played by David Conrad) wakes up in the hospital with amnesia. Melinda believes he is Jim, but Delia and Eli have their doubts. So, is the man really Jim or is this Melinda going through the stages of grief in her own unique way? In a series that asks viewers a lot in their suspension of disbelief, this episode asks a bit more. But if you're willing to give it, you won't be sorry. — Bill Ecklund

If you've ever watched a single episode of the series, you already know that most grand experiments tend to go terribly wrong, resulting in our Stargate heroes having to race against the clock to save the day.
