Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien
11:35 pm/ET NBC
After more than three months off the air, Conan O'Brien makes the leap to the 11:35 pm/ET time slot. Replacing Jay Leno as host, the lovable carrot top settles into his new studio on the West Coast, but some things haven't changed. The band, including leader Max Weinberg, also made the move to L.A., and Andy Richter is back on the show — this time as announcer. Will Ferrell kicks things off as Conan's first guest (he was the last guest on Late Night, too), and Pearl Jam perform. — Brie Hearn
Jon & Kate Plus 8
9 pm/ET TLC
Last week's awfully somber Season 5 premiere drew record ratings for TLC, as Jon and Kate offered a surprisingly honest glimpse into their troubled marriage. From the looks of it, a reconciliation is nowhere in sight, so we doubt Jon will be too involved in tonight's episode, which was filmed on Kate's birthday. But have no fear, Duff Goldman is here. The fun-loving star of Ace of Cakes will be on hand to help the kiddies make their mom a memorable birthday cake. — Karen Andzejewicz
Medium
10 pm/ET NBC
Domestic dream weaver Allison DuBois continues to put the "super" in "supernatural" in tonight's Season 5 finale. (The paranormal crime-time show is slated to rematerialize for a sixth season in September, moving from NBC to CBS.) Allison has endured ghastly and ghostly imagery throughout the years, but tonight's visions are perhaps her most nightmarish yet. She dreams of her very own family's massacre, only to then be comforted by an unfamiliar man. But when this male stranger appears in her actual life, a shuddering Allison fears that her chilling visions will come true. — Dean Maurer
The Hills Presents: Speidi's Wedding Unveiled
11 pm/ET MTV
Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag tied the knot — officially — in last night's Season 5 finale. This 30-minute special offers a behind-the-scenes look at the attention-loving pair as they prepared to say "I do" in the fairy-tale wedding Heidi has always dreamed of. — Karen Andzejewicz
