Adam Levine has had an awesome life, but it's not his wedding to a supermodel or multiple Grammy wins that The Voice coach calls the "best moment of my life."

"We played one of our first shows at the House of Blues. We came on stage and there's this giant security guard walking by and I'm kind of scared 'cause I'm still no success, no nothing, whatever," Levine says in this exclusive outtake from the NBC competition series. "And I don't know where I'm supposed to be so I'm walking around. I'm like, 'Is this cool?' And [someone] looks at me and I think he's about to tell me I can't go in somewhere. He looks at me like, 'Take off your mask, man. Take off your mask.'"
