You Won't Guess What Celebrity The Exorcist's Geena Davis Had A Crush on in College

The Exorcist may be a dark, somber show about horrors both supernatural and familial, but that doesn't mean its stars are serious all the time. Geena Davis and company are willing to be light-hearted, too, as they showed TVGuide.com when we asked about their celebrity crushes.

Davis, who plays the mother of a girl suspected of being possessed by a demon, says that in college she saw Dracula and developed such a crush on Frank Langella -- currently on FX's The Americans -- that she cut his picture out of the newspaper and taped it to her wall.

Alfonso Herrera, who plays Father Tomas Ortega, recalls the time he saw soccer star Ronaldinho in a restaurant in Rio de Janeiro.

"I was completely frozen," he says of the memory.

The Exorcist is inessential but interesting

And Alan Ruck, who plays Angela's husband Henry, cut against the grain back in 1971 when he was into Ellen Burstyn in The Last Picture Show, not the more age-appropriate Cybil Shepherd like everyone else. Ellen Burstyn, coincidentally, was also in The Exorcist, but that wasn't the role that did it for the teenage Ruck. It was as Cybil Shepherd's mother in Peter Bogdanovich's moody coming-of-age classic.

"She messed me up for a good long time," he says.

The Exorcist airs Fridays at 9/8c on Fox.
