There's no middle ground when it comes to loving or hating Big Brother couple Cody Nickson and Jessica Graf. You're on one side of the fence or the other, and that puts a big fat question mark on what you think of their chances on this season of The Amazing Race.
The showmance couple is very optimistic about their chances of dominating the competition, but host Phil Keoghan thinks it could go one way or the other. The controversial couple could be the first pair kicked off the show, or they could channel the political skills they developed on Big Brother into making big waves on Race.
To their credit, Jess and Cody seemed to have already talked about their strategy. Jess admits that the travel and adventure is much more in Cody's wheelhouse than hers, so she's willing to give him the reins. That should hopefully eliminate any huge fights along the way. They also aren't actively looking to play dirty. If a chance comes up for them to stick it to another team, they'll take it, but their real focus is going to be on their own team and making sure they're getting from Point A to Point B as easily as possible.
Does that sound like the winning route to take?
The Amazing Race premieres Jan. 3 at 8/9c on CBS.
