Spoilers for Season 6 of The 100 have been few and far between lately, but none so much as those about the new planet Clarke (Eliza Taylor) and her fellow survivors will find themselves on — until now that is!
In a brand new trailer revealed Wednesday by E!, there is a lot of never-before-seen footage, most of which is on the new planet that could end up being more dangerous than Earth. Can you even imagine? Thanks to an eerie children's book about the Red Sun and its eclipse of the other sun in the new solar system, Clarke and Bellamy (Bob Morley) discover the roots of a psychosis that grips the planet every time the stars line up. We figured the gang would find themselves caught in a struggle with the humans who settled the planet centuries ago, but this trailer makes it look like their greatest enemy might end up being themselves.
There also appears to be a slight hijacking occurring on the Elegius IV in space, which makes us wonder if any of the people left behind on the ship will even make it down to the planet at all!
It wouldn't be The 100 without life or death stakes, but sheesh, can't these people catch a break before they're thrown into mayhem and madness again?
Head over to E! to watch the full trailer.
The 100 returns Tuesday, April 30 at 9/8c on The CW.
