Nickelodeon has renewed Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for Season 4 ahead of the animated show's third season premiere, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

"The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has been a global hit, maintaining impressive numbers across the network's ratings and our digital and consumer products platforms," Nickelodeon's President of Content Development and Production, Russell Hicks, in a statement. "While new episodes will continue to debut on Nickelodeon, we look forward to propelling the momentum with a fourth season for our loyal fans."

Joining the the CG-animated series in Season 3 this fall is actor Seth Green, who will voice Leonardo. He replaces Jason Biggs and joins a cast that includes Sean Astin (Raphael), Rob Paulsen (Donatello), Greg Cipes (Michelangelo), Mae Whitman (April O'Neil), and Hoon Lee (Master Splinter).

The 20-episode fourth season is expected to debut in fall 2015. A Season 3 premiere date has not yet been announced for the show, which just wrapped its sophomore season in June.
