Breaking Bad star R.J. Mitte has already found a new gig.
The actor, who played Walter "Flynn" White Jr. for the acclaimed series' entire run, will recur on the upcoming third season of Switched at Birth, series creator Lizzy Weiss announced Thursday. "We are thrilled to have him," Weiss said on Twitter.
TV's least competent law enforcement
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Mitte will play Campbell, a pre-med college student paralyzed by a snowboarding accident who works at the free clinic alongside Daphne (Katie Leclerc).
Although last season saw Daphne working in her father's State Senate office, her confession to blackmailing another politician may be why she finds herself working at the clinic this season. Weiss tweeted a picture last month that implied Daphne may be spending some time in juvie. Yikes!
In addition to Breaking Bad, which wrapped on Sept. 29, Mitte has appeared on Vegas and Hannah Montana.
The new season of Switched at Birth premieres in January. Are you excited to see Mitte on the series?
