Napoleon Dynamite was the big winner at Saturday's 2005 MTV Movie Awards, winning best film as well as best breakthrough male performance and best musical performance for Jon Heder. Mean Girls also picked up three popcorn buckets, including best female performance for Lindsay Lohan and best breakthrough female performance for Rachel McAdams. Leonardo DiCaprio won best male performance for The Aviator and, proving that he learned nothing from that whole Oprah debacle, Tom Cruise received a lifetime achievement award from girlfriend Joey Potter.
