Hondo (Shemar Moore) and his team are dealing with a bit of a criminal mastermind in this week's episode of S.W.A.T. They're charged with protecting a jury in a bribery trial after a few select members are targeted with fire bombs.

In TV Guide's exclusive sneak peek of the episode, Hondo and Deacon (Jay Harrington) end up at a Mediterranean restaurant to find one of their suspects eating with the ominous George Tursian, who must be related to the defendant on trial. Hondo tries to pretend he doesn't know who either of the men are, but it quickly becomes clear that George knows exactly who Hondo is and doesn't seem that scared to have him sniffing around his business.

CBS Fall TV Schedule 2018

Someone who puts themselves in a position to be on a first-name basis with the S.W.A.T. captain can't be up to anything good, you know? Hondo definitely seems unnerved that George has looked up who he is. If he knows Hondo's name, what else does he know and what does he plan to do that with information?

More importantly, why does no one want free baklava?? If you're going to be vaguely threatened, at least take some dessert, dudes.

S.W.A.T. airs Thursdays at 10/9c on CBS.
