Mexican Prosecutors Seek Arrest of Former Survivor Producer

Mexican prosecutors are seeking the arrest of former Survivor producer Bruce Beresford-Redman in connection to the death of his wife during a family vacation in Cancun, according to The Associated Press.

A judge is reviewing the case and is expected to decide whether to issue an arrest warrant in the killing of Monica Beresford-Redman, who was found dead in a sewer in Cancun in April.

The suspect's lawyer, Richard Hirsch, said issuing an arrest warrant would be a rush to judgment and his client is prepared to defend himself in court.

Meantime, custody of the couple's children, ages 5 and 3, belongs to Bruce Beresford-Redman's parents.
